Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join digital transformation projects in the European Funds and Investments sector, focused on delivering integrated, agile, and flexible tools. The professional must be able to understand and adapt to new business contexts, with a critical mindset to challenge requirements and processes constructively.

This is a high-impact project, directly linked to the management of European Community Funds.
We follow a Composable approach, distributing application functionalities across reusable components (NuGets) to promote collaboration and consistency across teams and clients.
The project is being developed from scratch using .NET Core 6, SQL Server, and Blazor, offering the opportunity to participate in technical and functional decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements and processes, sharing them with the client and development team.

• Reflect critically on requirements and processes and propose improvements.

• Systematize, present, and discuss requirements with the team and client.

• Follow up with implementation and testing teams.

• Support risk identification and mitigation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a consulting environment.

• Experience in requirements gathering and business process documentation.

• Clear and effective communication with stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Experience supporting development and testing teams.

Nice to have

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and teams.

• Ability to anticipate and minimize risks.

• Experience with Design Thinking methodology.

• Interest in mentoring junior team members.

• Ability to identify business opportunities aligned with ongoing work.
