Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in change management in the public and private sectors, especially within ICT, capable of coordinating teams and complex projects.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor change management projects in the public sector;

• Coordinate internal and external teams;

• Ensure ICT processes are integrated into projects;

• Produce progress reports and maintain effective communication with stakeholders;

• Support the definition of change management strategies and practices.

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of project management experience;

• Degree in Engineering, Management, or Economics;

• Experience in change management in the public administration and private sector, in ICT;

• Complementary higher education in IT or Management (Master’s, Postgraduate, or specialization courses);

• Participation in at least 10 ICT change management projects;

• Proven experience managing and coordinating teams (internal and external) for over 5 years;

• Oral and written communication in Portuguese.
