We are looking for a CRM/.NET Team Lead to guide technical teams and support the delivery of CRM solutions and .NET system integrations. Based in the Lisbon area, this role combines hands‑on technical leadership with project management, offering the opportunity to drive improvements and support successful solution delivery.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams on end‑to‑end CRM and .NET projects.
• Design, implement and customize CRM platforms to address business needs.
• Develop .NET extensions and system integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices and solution quality.
• Balance leadership activities with hands‑on development when required.
• Oversee client‑facing, billable project engagements from design to implementation.
• Work within a collaborative team that values knowledge sharing and diverse perspectives.

Technical:

• Experience with MS Dynamics 365.
• Experience with .NET.
