Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business/Functional Analyst to strengthen the team of a major client. The professional will be responsible for understanding business needs, transforming requirements into clear functional solutions and supporting the complete software development cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting detailed requirements gathering for business needs related to system development;
  
• Identifying process gaps and opportunities for improvement;
  
• Documenting functional specifications and business processes clearly;
  
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure alignment of delivered solutions with business requirements;
  
• Supporting testing phases by validating requirements and providing feedback;
  
• Facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams;
  
• Contributing to continuous improvement of business processes and documentation standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business or functional analysis;
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management , Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Systems Engineering.
  
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling and requirement elicitation techniques;
  
• Experience with documentation tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, user stories);
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  
• Proven ability to identify and propose process improvements.
  

• Experience working with Agile methodologies;
  
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC);
  
• Fluency in English;
  
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset;
  
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
