Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager with 3 to 4 years of experience and a functional profile to manage projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget and quality. This role involves project leadership, stakeholder coordination and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and lead projects from definition to final delivery

• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines and resources

• Ensure functional alignment across involved teams

• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and dependencies

• Monitor project progress, quality and budget

• Maintain clear and continuous communication with stakeholders

• Ensure proper project documentation and governance

• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of experience as a Project Manager

• Strong functional profile (less focused on operational/reporting tasks)

• Ability to lead projects autonomously

• Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills

• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

• Sense of ownership and leadership

Technical Requirements

•  

  Experience managing projects end-to-end

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile or hybrid)

• Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project, Asana)

• Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools (as a supporting skill, not the main focus)
