Job Description:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with an academic background, proven experience in continuous integration and delivery environments, as well as mastery of orchestration and automation technologies.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain and optimize Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, Nexus and Vault;

Managing and operating containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes;

Ensure the implementation and monitoring of cloud environments (preferably Microsoft Azure) with a focus on scalability and resilience;

Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure continuous and secure software delivery;

Implement infrastructure solutions as code using tools such as Terraform;

Monitoring systems and applications using tools such as Grafana and Prometheus;

Promote DevOps practices and automation culture throughout the organization;

Documenting processes and keeping repositories up to date, ensuring good versioning and security practices;

Participating in incident resolution, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement of systems;

Using Jira to plan and report on technical tasks in a structured way.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Management or Economics (mandatory and exclusion factor)

2 years' experience in Continuous Integration & Deployment tools

Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab, Gitlab CI, Nexus and Vault

Fluent in Portuguese

Resident in Portugal

Nice to have:

Experience in Microsoft Azure, Sonarqube, Terraform, Grafana, Prometheus and Jira
