Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to strengthen our team in a challenging project focused on Customer Engagement and Customer Service. We are looking for a senior, autonomous profile with strong business analysis skills, functional mastery of the Dynamics platform, and ease in communicating with customers.

Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement based on Dynamics 365 capabilities.

Translate functional requirements into detailed and clear specifications for technical teams.

Participate in the design of functional solutions, ensuring alignment with customer objectives.

Work closely with stakeholders, ensuring that the proposed solutions effectively meet their needs.

Produce functional documentation, process flows, and support for the testing phase.

Support the configuration of Dynamics 365 modules, with a special focus on Customer Engagement and Customer Service.

Communicate clearly and proactively with internal teams and customers.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant;

- Proficiency in Customer Engagement and Customer Service modules;

- Knowledge of Marketing and Field Service modules is valued;

- Experience in preparing detailed functional specification documentation;

- Experience in analyzing business processes and translating requirements into solutions;

- Experience in designing solutions;

- Experienced in communicating with customers.
