Job Description:

We are looking for a Supervision Technology Consultant with experience in BMC Control-M, EasyVista, and Unix/Linux system administration to join a team dedicated to the operation and supervision of technology platforms within the Public Administration sector.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and support the BMC Control-M solution;

• Use and configure the EasyVista platform within an ITSM framework;

• Administer Unix, Linux and Solaris systems;

• Develop and maintain Python and Shell scripts;

• Support incident and problem management processes;

• Ensure alignment with IT Service Management best practices;

• Produce technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams;

•  

• Contribute to process automation and operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in:

  • BMC Control-M operations;

  • EasyVista usage;

  • Unix, Linux and Solaris systems;

  • Python and Shell scripting;

• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken);

• At least 2 certifications per consultant (or equivalent), with the team collectively holding the following certifications:

  • ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management;

  • EXIN IT Service Management Foundation – ISO/IEC 20000;

  • ITIL Release, Control and Validation;

  • Red Hat Certified System Administrator;

  • Scrum Master;

  • ITIL 4 Strategist – Direct, Plan and Improve;

  • Project Management Professional (PMP).

Nice to have

• ITIL Expert certification;

• EasyVista Foundation certification;

• Associate in Python Programmer certification;

• Minimum 2 years of experience in:

  • Oracle Database and SQL;

  • Grafana and Graylog;

  • BMC Discovery;

  • Ansible and Jenkins.
