Job Description:
We are looking for a ServiceDesk to join a technical support team. The professional will be responsible for providing first-line support, ensuring incident resolution and user assistance with hardware, software, and infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-line incident resolution. Support users in the use of IT, audiovisual equipment, and software. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of IT and AV equipment. Provide technical assistance to teachers in classrooms, events, and meetings. Log, manage, and follow up on incidents using an ITSM platform.
Requirements:
Proven experience in user support roles. Experience in first-line technical support and on-site support. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Workstation, Apple macOS and iOS. Experience with collaboration tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, etc.). Basic knowledge of networking and protocols (DNS, DHCP, IP, RADIUS). Understanding of network infrastructures (switches, routers, firewalls, patching). Experience with cable installation and rack/datacenter organization. Personal skills: Proactivity and dynamism. Excellent communication skills. Strong sense of responsibility. Problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure. Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
