Job Description:

We are seeking a mid-level SAP FI Consultant with 4–8 years of experience in SAP implementation and consulting, particularly in FI and CO modules. The role requires strong functional knowledge, technical leadership capabilities, and proactive participation in S/4HANA transition projects. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, analyze business processes, and support improvements through SAP best practices.

Responsibilities:

Participate in functional analysis, parameterization and testing of SAP FI/CO modules

Support migration projects to SAP S/4HANA, including requirements gathering and improvement proposals

Work closely with technical and business teams

Ensure functional and technical documentation

Provide end-user support (UATs), training and post-startup support

Identify process improvements and promote continuous innovation in the financial area

Requirements:

- Higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, Management or related areas;

- 4-8 years' professional experience in SAP implementation and consulting;

- Functional experience in relevant SAP modules (FI, CO)

- Strong technical leadership skills, clear communication and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams;

- Fluency in Portuguese and English

Preferred:

- SAP S/4HANA certification;

- Knowledge and experience of SAP Fiori;

- Knowledge of RE-FX

- Experience with integrating and using SAP Cloud Platform;

- Ability to manage teams and train more junior resources;

- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA migration projects

- Ability to analyze processes, gather requirements and identify improvements in the transition to SAP S/4HANA;

- Availability for hybrid work 1x per week Lisbon
