Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Performance Tester to join the team of a major client. The focus is on guaranteeing the quality and efficiency of the technological solutions used by our company in the oil sector. The professional will be responsible for designing, implementing and executing performance tests, as well as collaborating with different teams to optimize processes and data flows within the organization's IT ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Designing, developing and running performance tests to assess the scalability and reliability of systems.

Create technical workflows and visually represent how data moves, transforms and is calculated across the entire technology stack (DB, API, UI).

Implement and maintain automated regression and API tests to ensure the stability of systems.

Collaborate with development teams to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to optimize performance.

Ensure good QA practices, applying testing principles from the start of the development lifecycle.

Act as a mentor to other team members, promoting good practices and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

•Strong QA discipline knowledge.

•Preferably ISTQB or IIST certified.

•Ability to create a technical workflow.

•A visual representation of how the data moves, transforms, and is calculated through the technology stack from DB (data layer) to API (service layer) to UI (app layer).

•Ability to coach/mentor.

•Strong automated Regression and API testing experience.

•Self-organized individual that can directly communicate to client.
