Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with Team Lead capabilities to join our IT project team. The role requires solid experience with Java (including Java 8 and newer versions), Spring Boot, and microservices, along with the ability to support the team in planning, technical decision-making, and delivery. The position is backend-focused, with occasional Angular tasks for visualization. Strong spoken and written English is essential for communication in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

• Provide technical leadership to the development team, ensuring alignment and code quality.

• Participate in planning, estimation, and delivery follow-up.

• Design and implement microservices-based solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment.

• Perform occasional Angular tasks to support UI integration or visualization needs.

• Integrate backend solutions with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

• Strong professional experience with Java 8 and newer versions.

• Expertise in Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem.

• Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.

• Demonstrated leadership experience or team-leading responsibilities.

• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Working knowledge of Angular.

• Understanding of Docker; Kubernetes is a plus.

• Experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS.

• Fluency in spoken and written English.
