Job Description:

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our internal team, based in Lisbon. This role requires proven expertise in solution architecture and strong business acumen, with the ability to translate complex technological capabilities into clear, value-driven client proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic discussions on application modernization within client organizations;

• Collaborate with the Account Manager to position application-related projects and services;

• Design proposals and technical architectures for application modernization initiatives;

• Apply knowledge of development frameworks and cloud platforms in solution planning;

• Manage alignment and relationships with strategic partners;

• Ensure continuous communication with the Delivery team to support the sales-to-delivery transition;

• Represent the organization in events and roundtables.

Requirements:

• Solid background in application development;

• Strong understanding of the application modernization lifecycle (rebuild, refactor, rearchitect);

• Degree in Information Systems or equivalent;

• Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, teamwork, and active listening;

• General full-stack knowledge with focus on Microsoft technologies (.NET), some exposure to Python (nice to have), and experience with cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS);

• Market awareness and analytical skills to support the creation of new service offerings.
