Job Description:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Consultant specialized in the HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) module to join our digital transformation team. The professional will be responsible for analysing, configuring, developing, and implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions, supporting the automation and efficiency of HR processes.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and maintain the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module in ServiceNow, including Employee Center, Case Management, and Lifecycle Events.

• Analyse functional and technical requirements, proposing process improvements and automation.

• Develop flows, scripts, and integrations with corporate systems (e.g., ERP, Active Directory, communication platforms).

• Implement HR service catalogues, forms, and workflows.

• Ensure compliance with ITIL and ServiceNow best practices, guaranteeing scalability and quality.

• Support HR and IT teams in incident resolution and continuous platform optimization.

• Document solutions and maintain the knowledge base up to date.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with ServiceNow, preferably focused on the HRSD module.

• Strong knowledge of configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and Flow Designer.

• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Familiarity with Employee Center, Case Management, and Lifecycle Events.

• Understanding of ITSM / ITIL best practices.

• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and deliver results.

Valued

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

• ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist certification.

• Experience in international or public sector projects.

• Knowledge of additional modules (ITSM, CSM, Portal, IntegrationHub).

• Advanced English level.
