Job Description:

We are looking for an ITSM Platform Specialist to support the evolution and operation of IT service management tools. The professional will be responsible for customization, automation, and integration of ITSM platforms, ensuring alignment with ITIL processes and contributing to the continuous improvement of service operations.

Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure ITSM platforms according to operational needs.

• Develop scripts and automation to optimize service management processes.

• Implement and manage API integrations between ITSM platforms and other systems.

• Translate ITIL processes into technical implementations within the platforms.

• Support continuous improvement of the platform ensuring stability and scalability.

• Anticipate technical issues and avoid solutions that create technical debt.

• Produce clear and structured technical documentation.

• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to evolve the platform.

• Identify opportunities to improve operations using automation and AI support.

Requirements:

- Experience in customization, scripting, and API integrations on ITSM platforms (BMC Helix, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar).

- Solid knowledge of ITIL processes, with technical implementation capabilities.

- High level of autonomy, technical rigor, and attention to detail.

- Ability to anticipate problems, avoid weak solutions, and document clearly, reducing technical debt.
