Job Description:

We are looking for a Software Licensing Manager with experience in managing software licensing contracts to ensure compliance, cost control, and effective software asset management across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage software licensing contracts (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe).

• Ensure compliance with licensing terms and contractual agreements.

• Support procurement processes, including contract review and negotiation.

• Manage and monitor software assets using ITAM/SAM tools.

• Support software audits and ensure adherence to compliance standards.

• Identify licensing risks and cost optimization opportunities.

• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in software licensing contract management.

• At least 2 years of experience in procurement and contract negotiation.

• Ability to read and interpret legal and technical contractual terms.

• Experience with ITAM/SAM tools.

• Knowledge of compliance standards and audit processes.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Nice to Have

• Relevant SAM certifications.

• Experience in the public sector or regulated environments.

• Knowledge of cloud licensing models (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).

• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
