Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Functional Analyst to join a multidisciplinary team working on strategic projects, particularly in the public sector. The role involves in-depth requirements analysis, process modeling and provides a path toward Project Management roles within Waterfall, Agile, or CMMI environments.

Responsibilities:

Collecting, analyzing, and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements;

Process modeling using BPMN;

Interfacing with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs;

Supporting functional and technical solution design;

Participating in meetings with development teams and business units;

Collaborating in project management activities, with opportunities for career development in this area.

Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Science or similar (compulsory);

- 4+ years of experience in Functional Analysis and Requirements Gathering (functional and non-functional), BPMN;

- Experience/willingness to progress to Project Management (Waterfall, Agile, CMMI);

- Experience in the public sector (desirable);

- Knowledge of Accessibility, UX/UI, Linux, Windows Server, Databases (SQL Server, MariaDB) and Web Servers (IIS, Apache).
