Job Description:

We are looking for a Java Backend Developer to join a long-term project focused on agile development practices. The role requires strong technical skills and full-time pair programming, with an emphasis on TDD and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities:

Develop scalable and maintainable backend systems using Java.

Work in a full agile Scrum team with 100% pair programming.

Implement Test-Driven Development for code quality.

Manage CI/CD workflows for continuous integration and delivery.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in Java development

Experience in agile environments, using the Scrum framework

Consolidated practice in pair programming (100% of the time)

Mastery of TDD (Test-Driven Development) and Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) practices.

Nice to have: 

Experience with OSS (Operations Support Systems) systems, especially in the areas of:

- Procurement

- Service assurance

- System ownership
