Job Description:

We are looking for a Windows Systems Administrator with experience in user support and helpdesk to join a technical team responsible for managing corporate environments and operational support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support to users (on-site and remote).

• Handle complex incidents and senior-level troubleshooting.

• Administer Windows environments in domain-based corporate settings.

• Manage and maintain services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and DFS.

• Administer Microsoft 365 platforms (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office 365).

• Manage identities and access in hybrid environments (On-Prem AD and Azure AD).

• Manage devices and policies using Intune.

• Support network and infrastructure management (TCP/IP, firewall, cabling).

• Contribute to technical improvements and infrastructure projects.

• Support team knowledge sharing and documentation.

• Participate in on-call and out-of-hours interventions when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Windows systems administration.

• Senior-level experience in advanced troubleshooting and user support.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office 365.

• Experience managing administration portals (users, licenses, devices, and MFA).

• Experience with Microsoft Azure in hybrid environments (On-Prem AD and Azure AD).

• Strong knowledge of domain-based corporate environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS).

• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune (device and policy management).

• Knowledge of networking and infrastructure.

• Microsoft certifications (nice to have).

• Ability to work effectively in a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Resilient and proactive profile.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Availability for on-call and out-of-hours support.
