Job Description:

We are looking for a Scrum Master with experience in agile environments to join the creation of a center of excellence for a leading multinational fintech company.

Responsibilities:

• Act as Scrum Master for agile software development teams

• Apply agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban)

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure proper use of artifacts

• Support the Product Owner in effective product backlog management and product planning

• Promote agile estimating and planning practices

• Identify and proactively remove technical, organizational or people-related impediments

• Track and analyze agile metrics, including velocity and productivity

• Act as an internal coach, guiding teams towards self-organization and continuous improvement

• Encourage agile software engineering practices such as automated testing, CI/CD and TDD

• Use tools such as Jira and Confluence

•  

• Communicate daily in English with international stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum of +5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead
• One higher education degree
• Scrum Master certified
• Agile principles & Agile frameworks (good understanding of Scrum, XP, Kanban)
• Agile Estimating & Planning
• Scrum ceremonies and artifacts
• Agile Practices related to Software Engineering:
  • Automated Testing techniques
  • Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment
  • Test Driven Development
• Metrics:
  • Velocity vs Productivity
• Tools: Jira/Confluence
• Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management, understand product planning in a given environment, ensure the PO arranges his/her backlog in a way that maximizes the delivery of value
• Identify and proactively remove impediments, be they technical, organizational or people related
• Act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile, self-organized and to be at their best
• Experience in development (valued)
• Great communication, analysis and listening skills
• Software Craftsmanship’s
• English proficiency should be at least C1 level
