Job Description:

We are looking for a Systems Administrator with experience in SCCM/MECM to manage and support Windows-based infrastructure and endpoint environments in a hybrid setup in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and support Windows-based infrastructure;
• Manage SCCM/MECM for software distribution, patch management, OS deployment, and compliance;
• Monitor system performance and ensure stability, availability, and security;
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and user/device administration;
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and support;
• Troubleshoot incidents related to endpoints, deployments, and updates;
• Ensure best practices in security, patch management, and device lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Experience in Windows systems administration;
• Strong experience with SCCM/MECM (software distribution, patching, imaging, compliance);
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Windows client operating systems;
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy;
• Knowledge of PowerShell for scripting and automation;
• Experience troubleshooting in enterprise environments;
• Knowledge of security and device management best practices;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
