Job Description:

We are looking for a Lead .NET Fullstack Developer to join a new international Tech Hub based in Lisbon. The role requires strong technical expertise in .NET and fullstack development, combined with proven technical leadership and collaboration in modern, scalable environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of fullstack applications using .NET Framework / .NET Core and modern UI frameworks;

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, promoting best practices in code quality, architecture, and DevOps;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable architectures and microservices-based solutions;

• Develop and maintain REST APIs, ensuring efficient front-end and back-end integration;

• Work with Optimizely CMS or similar DXP/CMS platforms on content-driven solutions;

• Manage and optimise SQL and NoSQL databases for performance and scalability;

• Use DevOps tools such as GitHub workflows and actions to streamline development and deployment;

• Stay up to date with technology trends and contribute to continuous technical improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field;

• At least 5 years of experience as a C# .NET Developer (.NET Framework / .NET Core);

• Hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS or similar DXP/CMS platforms;

• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases;

• Solid experience in developing REST APIs;

• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React, Next.js, or similar;

• Proven technical leadership experience;

• Familiarity with DevOps tools, including GitHub workflows and actions;

• Experience with scalable system architecture and microservices;

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;

• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the Lisbon office).

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms;

• Experience with ASP.NET Core / Web API.
