Job Description:

An SAP ABAP Developer is a professional who specializes in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications within the SAP ecosystem using the ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) language. ABAP is SAP’s proprietary programming language, used to develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows in SAP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, document, and develop solutions to meet business requirements
• Provide technical support and maintenance of developments in live systems
• Develop and maintain custom SAP WRICEF and related solutions
• Adhere to internal processes and standards 
• Stay proactive in learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies 
• Contribute to S/4HANA migration-related development activities

Requirements:

• Several years of professional experience in SAP ABAP development
• Strong proficiency in ABAP and ABAP-OO, including BAPIs, RFCs, and debugging 
• Experience working in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA landscapes 
• Expertise in RAP, CDS Views, Embedded Analytics and SAP BTP concepts 
• Understanding of SAP UI5/FIORI development 
• Exposure to integration technologies including IDocs, HTTP, REST, APIs, OData, and Integration Suite 
• Knowledge of Output Management, Adobe Forms, Flexible and Classic Workflows 
• Development experience Finance, Sourcing and Procurement and Sales is a plus
• Relevant degree or SAP Certification desired 
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
