Job Description:
We are looking for a Quadient Inspire Designer with experience in creating, configuring, and maintaining communication templates. The role involves working with data and content to produce consistent and personalised communications, ensuring quality, compliance, and clarity across multiple channels (digital and print).
Responsibilities:
Create and update templates in Quadient Inspire Designer, including layouts, components, and rules.
Prepare and integrate content (text, images, graphic elements) while ensuring brand consistency.
Define and apply personalisation rules based on input data.
Perform reviews and validations (previews, layout checks, data verification) before release.
Manage version control and content libraries, ensuring traceability and compliance.
Document changes, modelling practices, and acceptance criteria.
Identify opportunities to improve templates regarding clarity, accuracy, component reuse, and composition performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Quadient Inspire Designer (template creation and maintenance).
Ability to work with structured input data (e.g., XML/CSV/JSON) to support personalisation.
Understanding of layout and typography practices for transactional and communication documents.
Attention to detail and accuracy when validating content, data, and rules.
Ability to document work and manage version control of templates and content.
English reading skills for specifications and documentation (other languages valued depending on the project).
