Job Description:

We are looking for a Tech Lead Gen AI with experience in technical leadership and generative AI solution design, able to lead a team of five and work closely with business areas to define requirements and architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Define GenAI solution architectures including data pipelines, LLMs, embeddings, RAG, agents, and system integrations.

• Provide technical guidance to the team, ensuring engineering best practices, code quality, security and observability.

• Translate business needs into technical specifications.

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of generative AI solutions: data ingestion, preparation, modelling, pipelines, testing, CI/CD and deployment.

• Define standards and guidelines for development with LLMs, vector databases, agent frameworks, MLOps/LLMOps and DataOps.

• Perform technical reviews of architecture, code and design documents.

• Support technology decisions aligned with cost, security and client strategy.

• Ensure security and compliance practices, including log auditing, prompt governance and data protection.

• Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders, conducting workshops and requirements sessions.

• Monitor performance and optimize costs, latency, answer quality and accuracy metrics.

• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation plans.

• Track GenAI trends and recommend continuous improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience in technical leadership of AI/ML teams.

• Strong knowledge of GenAI architectures, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, agents and vector databases.

• Experience with tools such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, LangChain or LlamaIndex.

• Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices and CI/CD.

• Experience with technical reviews, solution design and standards definition.

• Ability to communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Understanding of security, compliance and data protection principles.
