Job Description:

We are looking for a Java Architect with a strong technical background and leadership skills to join a challenging project starting immediately. The ideal candidate will have more than 6 years' experience in software architecture, mastery of Java Enterprise Edition technologies, as well as skills in technical team management. This role involves designing and validating robust technological solutions, with a focus on performance, scalability and good usability and accessibility practices.

Responsibilities:

Defining and validating the architecture of solutions based on Java EE.

Technically leading development teams, promoting good practices and agile methodologies.

Ensuring integration and consistency between the different system components.

Managing CI/CD environments and tools (Maven, Jenkins, Docker).

Supporting the analysis and resolution of performance and scalability problems.

Collaborating with infrastructure teams in the parameterization and administration of systems.

Ensuring compliance with web accessibility, ergonomics and usability standards.

Requirements:

- +6 years of experience in Software Architecture;

- Experience in team management / as a Tech Lead;

- Stack: JavaEE (JSF/Primefaces, JPA/Hibernate/JDBC, EJB, CDI, JTS/JTA), Java APIs (JAX-RS, JAX-WS, JAX-RPC), Servlet, Swing, UML;

- Experience with CORBA, Weblogic, Glassfish, Maven, Jenkins, Apache Cordova, Bash, Batch and Docker;

- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript;

- Knowledge of concepts of usability, ergonomics and accessibility on the Web;

- Knowledge of virtualization;

- Knowledge of configuration, parameterization and administration of infrastructure components to support technological architecture.
