Job Description:

We are looking for a Scrum Master for an opportunity to join and be part of the creation of a center for a Multinational.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews) and ensure Scrum artifacts are well-maintained.

Serve as an Agile coach, mentoring team members and stakeholders in Agile principles and mindset.

Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement, product planning, and ensuring that user stories are well-defined and prioritized for value delivery.

Drive agile estimation and planning processes, ensuring realistic delivery timelines and alignment with team capacity.

Proactively identify and remove impediments, whether technical, organizational, or interpersonal.

Encourage adoption of software engineering best practices such as:

Automated testing

Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)

Test-Driven Development (TDD)

Monitor and analyze Agile metrics (velocity, throughput, cycle time) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Promote a culture of Software Craftsmanship, quality, and technical excellence.

Champion team autonomy and self-organization, while fostering collaboration and accountability.

Use tools such as Jira and Confluence to support Agile delivery and documentation.

Requirements:

•Minimum of +5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead

•Scrum Master certified

•Agile principles & Agile frameworks (good understanding of Scrum, XP, Kanban)

•Agile Estimating & Planning

•Scrum ceremonies and artifacts

•Agile Practices related to Software Engineering:

oAutomated Testing techniques

oContinuous Integration & Continuous Deployment

oTest Driven Development

•Metrics:

oVelocity vs Productivity

•Tools: Jira/Confluence

•Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management, understand product planning in a given environment, ensure the PO arranges his/her backlog in a way that maximizes the delivery of value

•Identify and proactively remove impediments, be they technical, organizational or people related

•Act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile, self-organized and to be at their best

•Experience in development (valued)

•Great communication, analysis and listening skills

•Software Craftsmanship’s

•English proficiency should be at least C1 level
