Job Description:

The functional analyst will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements and developing solutions that meet their needs. Working closely with the development and sales teams.

Responsibilities:

Analyze customer requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs

Develop and maintain business cases and functional requirements for projects

Work closely with the development and business teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions

Run workshops and working sessions to gather requirements and define solutions

Draw diagrams in UML Notation to represent processes and systems

Specify and execute tests to ensure the quality of products

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet their needs

Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Management or Economics

- At least 5 years' experience in information systems or software development projects, having worked as a functional analyst during this period

- Experience in running workshops

- Experience in interpreting and drawing diagrams in UML notation

- Experience in specifying and executing tests

- Fluent in Portuguese

- Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies;

- Experience in JIRA and Confluence tools;

- Excellent oral and written communication skills;

- Proactivity, analytical skills and autonomy.
