Job Description:

We are looking for a support technician with experience in multimedia equipment, Microsoft applications, and videoconferencing equipment, to work in the education sector.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users on multimedia and videoconferencing equipment.

• Assist with the use and troubleshooting of Microsoft applications (Office 365, Teams, Outlook, etc.).

• Install, configure, and maintain videoconferencing and multimedia equipment.

• Document incidents and solutions applied.

• Collaborate with teaching and administrative teams to ensure proper functioning of technological resources.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in technical support for multimedia and videoconferencing equipment.

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft applications.

• English level B1.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills
