Job Description:

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operations and architecture of the IT infrastructure for application/web systems, guaranteeing performance, availability and security.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable IT infrastructure for application and web systems. Monitor system performance and availability, ensuring robust security measures.
Work closely with development teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle.
Manage and optimize FortiWAF and ensure secure HTTPS implementations. Administer and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, IMAP, etc.).
Configure and maintain databases (MSSQL, MariaDB), web servers (Nginx, Apache, IIS), and load balancers. Oversee application firewalls and security administration tools.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (mandatory);

7+ years of experience; 

Focus: Operations of the technological infrastructure architecture of application/web systems;

Operations of the technological infrastructure architecture of application/web systems; Development background (PHP, C#); 

Experience implementing application/web systems and maintaining the technological infrastructure; 

Focus on monitoring system performance and availability, prioritizing enhanced system security; Experience with FortiWAF and solid knowledge of HTTPS and Networks; 

Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux), protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, IMAP, etc), database systems (MSSQL, MariaDB), web servers (Nginx. Apache, IIS, among others), load balancers, application firewalls and administration tools.
