Job Description:

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operations and architecture of the IT infrastructure for application/web systems, guaranteeing performance, availability and security.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable IT infrastructure for application and web systems. Monitor system performance and availability, ensuring robust security measures.
Work closely with development teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle.
Manage and optimize FortiWAF and ensure secure HTTPS implementations. Administer and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, IMAP, etc.).
Configure and maintain databases (MSSQL, MariaDB), web servers (Nginx, Apache, IIS), and load balancers. Oversee application firewalls and security administration tools.

Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (compulsory);

- Focus: Operations of the technological infrastructure architecture of application/web systems;

- 5+ years of experience in carrying out preventive, corrective and evolutionary maintenance of IT infrastructure;

- Experience of monitoring system performance and taking preventive and proactive action;

- Implementation of enhanced security measures and guidelines to protect systems;

- Preparation of documentation;

- Solid experience in on-premise environments: physical servers, virtualization, networks, backups, datacenter security and application firewalls;

- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code or configuration automation practices, even in traditional environments;

- Knowledge of operational security; privilege management, network segmentation, system hardening and compliance;

- Ability to design secure solutions adapted to non-cloud environments;

- Development background (PHP, C#);

- Good communication skills, a collaborative spirit and a desire to make the infrastructure evolve in a sustained manner.
