Job Description:

The Cloud and Platform Engineering Specialist designs, implements, and manages cloud-based infrastructure and developer platforms. This role ensures high availability, scalability, security, and performance of systems while enabling development teams to deliver software efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., on Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation Develop and operate CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD Manage containerization and orchestration platforms like Docker and Kubernetes Monitor system performance and reliability using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana Implement security best practices (IAM, network policies, encryption, compliance) Optimize infrastructure cost and performance Build internal developer platforms and self-service tools Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and platform issues

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience; • Experience in managing AWS and Azure resources; • Expertise in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes; • Significant experience with DevOps practices and tools; • Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation using GitHub Actions; • Experience in systems administration (preferably in Linux environments); • Advanced proficiency in Bash scripting for process automation and optimization; • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent; • Fluent in Portuguese and English; • Certifications in relevant areas will be considered an advantage (GitHub, GitHub Actions, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes).
