Job Description:

We are looking for a BPM Application Developer to join our team! If you have a mid-level profile, immediate availability, and are based in Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra, this opportunity is for you. The role follows an on-site/hybrid working model.

Responsibilities:

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requireents. Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Advanced proficiency in IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) is required. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions; • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality standards are met; • Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance skills; • Contribute to the improvement of existing processes and workflows;

Requirements:

🔹 Advanced proficiency in IBM Business Process Manager (BPM); 🔹 Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM); 🔹 Advanced knowledge of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN); 🔹 English level B1 or higher.
