Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Center Technician to join a technical team, focused on supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting data center infrastructure, ensuring equipment availability and proper resource management.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hardware troubleshooting in a data center environment, mainly on servers;

• Support the operation and maintenance of data center equipment, including servers, routers, power systems, and environmental management equipment;

• Research and liaise with equipment vendors and manufacturers to support incident resolution;

• Produce technical documentation, procedures, and studies to enable knowledge transfer to other teams;

• Manage inventory, including spares, cabling, and equipment;

• Support data center asset organization and control activities.

Requirements:

• Experience in hardware troubleshooting, particularly with servers;

• Previous experience in similar roles (preferred);

• Knowledge of data center hardware (servers, routers, power equipment, and environmental management systems);

• Ability to perform technical research with equipment vendors;

• Good organizational and inventory management skills;

• Communication skills and ability to work as part of a team;

• Sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
