Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced IT Delivery Manager to lead IT initiatives and services, combining technical expertise with project and service management skills. This role requires hands-on experience with Jira and EasyVista, and the ability to work closely with DevOps and Platform Engineering teams.

Profile: Senior – with technical background in DevOps/Platform Engineering and strong project/service delivery skills.

Responsibilities:

- Managing projects, technical initiatives and services (order ticketing): Leading IT projects and managing services, using Jira, EasyVista, ensuring delivery within the agreed deadlines and service levels (SLA).

- Collaboration with Technical Teams: Working closely with the DevOps/Platform Engineering team, ensuring deliveries are completed. 

Mandatory professional experience and technical skills requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management and IT services, using Jira, EasyVista;

- Ability to lead and guide technical teams and solve complex problems efficiently.

- Proven ability to coordinate the delivery of technological solutions, ensuring quality, deadlines and budgets.

- Strong systems and process analysis skills, including the ability to identify problems and apply effective technological solutions.

- Experience with different areas of the business and understanding of how IT supports business processes.

- Professional with a technical background and proficiency while leading IT projects and services.•          Gestão de projetos, iniciativas técnicas e serviços (order ticketing): Liderar projetos de TI e gerir serviços, utilizando Jira, EasyVista, garantindo a entrega dentro dos prazos e níveis de serviço acordados (SLA).

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management and IT services, using Jira, EasyVista;

- Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.

- Ability to lead and guide technical teams and solve complex problems efficiently.

- Proven ability to coordinate the delivery of technological solutions, ensuring quality, deadlines and budgets.

- Strong systems and process analysis skills, including the ability to identify problems and apply effective technological solutions.

- Experience with different areas of the business and understanding of how IT supports business processes.

- Professional with a technical background and proficiency while leading IT projects and services. 

- Fluent Portuguese;

- Fluent English.
