Job Description:

We are seeking a Systems Architect with experience in designing and validating robust, scalable, and secure technical architectures for digital platforms, ensuring integration with existing systems and adoption of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, automation, and advanced data analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Define the technical architecture of solutions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and public entities.

• Participate in solution design, detailing technical aspects and ensuring alignment with functional and operational requirements.

• Establish security, access, and backup practices in line with Public Health standards.

• Prepare clear and complete technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and integration flows.

• Validate technical solutions in all project phases, from prototype to production environment.

• Support development and DevOps teams in implementing and monitoring solutions.

• Promote interoperability between Health systems and external platforms, in compliance with legal and technical standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.

• TOGAF certification or similar (preferred).

• Experience in system architecture projects in Public Administration, preferably in the Health sector.

• Proficiency in technologies such as Java, .NET, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, SOAP/REST APIs, Filenet, PowerCenter.

• Knowledge of AI frameworks applied to document management and predictive analytics (valued).

• Familiarity with Microsoft environments (Active Directory - EntraID, Azure) and distributed logging and monitoring practices.

• Strong communication skills with technical and functional teams.

• Strategic vision with social impact focus.

• Proactive in identifying risks and proposing alternative solutions.

• Team spirit and ability to work in complex and regulated environments.
